Why?  Shopping online is different than meeting your teacher personally. We want you to trust Music and You and therefore, enjoy your lessons and be confident that you are successful in this endeavor.

You have 7 days to change your mind after your order the lessons, and we will issue you a refund.  There is only a $10.00 charge for the cost of the merchant services for a refund.

Music and You has been online since 1999 and we have piano students in 7 different countries.  Our students love their lessons and are excelling progressively to new levels.  Therefore, we are confident with offering a complete GUARANTEE on our lessons. 

Choosing Monthly Subscriptions:      $21.95 Per Month
Your lessons continue each month automatically and can be discontinued with an E-mail notice. Every month your credit card will be charged  at approximately the same date as you have ordered.   There is a 1 month minimum.  Please contact Music and You if you have any questions.

How to discontinue lessons.
To discontinue the lessons, send an E-mail, and give us your name and/or Customer #.  Your lessons will be stopped within 7 days and we will confirm that you have discontinued your lessons.  E-Mail:  billing@musicandyou.com

Please send us your cancellation on the subscription lessons, 7 days prior to your billing cycle.
If we do not have a 7 day notice, we can not guarantee your subscription will be cancelled
prior to your monthly billing cycle and you will have a $21.95 charge for the following month.

Shipping or Return Policy

All products are shipped within 24 hours priority mail.

Orders outside of the U.S. will be placed only after contact with Music and You.  At that time, you will receive your shipping price and credit card verification.

You must be completely satisfied with your purchase, or simply return the item within 30 days for a quick exchange, refund or credit. We only ask that you return the merchandise in new condition, in original boxes with your receipt.  We do not refund shipping costs and there is a $10.00 return fee charge for the cost of the merchant services.
